Today is a new beginning
This day marks the beginning of a new journey. I am going to document changes in my daily life that will enable me to reflect on the process of living more in the moment.
Thank you Denis, it's great to be here. This morning has been spent turning over soil in preparation for planting. The mist surrounding our farm is magical and inspiring and I'm sure that the earth welcomes the chance to breathe new air.
Following your own path instead of the paths of others will give your life so much more meaning. See this day as the chance to start afresh, anew! Leave the past behind and look towards your future. Notice the world around you, how your body feels right now and what thoughts you are thinking. These thoughts and feelings are shaping your life and your experience of life everyday, every moment.
Today I have re connected with a dear dear friend whom I have been missing. She is love, coconut oil, cuddles and more love all rolled into one! She holds a very special place in my heart and has taught me some beautiful things. I am blessed! I am living in the here and now as that is the only place I can be in this very moment. The present moment is all we have, the past is no longer with us, the future has not yet arrived (it may never). Why worry or even think about something that may never happen? Why worry or think about something that has already happened? I can no longer waste my precious energy on things that I have no control over. I am privileged to have a window with a beautiful view of my garden while I write. Today I heard the beautiful, familiar, warm, bubbly voice of an angel...
